Par plus individual handicap. Each player gets a flag and will plant the flag at the point on the course where her score equals par plus her handicap. The winner will be the first flag planted in the round of eighteen holes.
Example: player has a 10 handicap. 10+72=82. Reaches her score of 82 on hole number 16, in the fairway 50 yards in front of green. That is where she plants her flag.
